MISSION
Camp Glow exists to spark creativity in the children of all generations as we disciple
them to Go Love Others Well.

The story of Camp Glow has been years in the making, with precious winks from God along the way. If you want to hear the long version of it, schedule a sit down with us and a s'more at the bonfire. But here is the short version. In 2016 God began stirring Tony and Lauren Wagoner's hearts to disciple people using God's creative heart and the beautiful outdoors. They both encountered Jesus in an incredible way that changed the course of their family. There was a calling to teach people in unique ways using Lauren's creativity of photography and Tony's love of pastoring and teaching the love of the Father. They felt a stirring within them of Family... first finding it with the identity of walking as a son of God, and then extending that to generational families.

At the same time (around 2017) God was birthing The Glow Mission through Andrew and Dar Draper to Go Love Others Well all over the world. He took them on a journey of stretching as they took GLOW to Ukraine working with the orphans and widows. In 2023 The Wagoners and Drapers visions collided on a beautiful camp at Cedar Grove Retreat owned by the Benham family. June of 2023 we sat together and said "yes!" to Camp Glow. We feel His heart stirring to His children of all generations to come meet Him at camp. Walk the property, take a class, pray in nature, meet a friend, connect with your family, worship Him together. We cannot wait to have more starry night bonfires filled with more stories of His goodness.

LOOKING FORWARD
We have felt the Father tell us many times that this place will be one of Encounter. We love to walk the land and listen to His heart for the people that will come. We believe this will be a land where people from many different walks of life will unite in one common mission of deep discipleship and equipping to send people with the Gospel.
We look forward to teaching and hosting Creative Co-op classes for children, Young adult Worship Collectives, Camp Meetings, Glow Kids Clubs, Marriage and Family Discipleship Classes.

Life is so much better when we do it together! We know it takes much more than just us to tend to the land and mission God has put in front of us. But here is a bit about the 5 of us who are in the daily running of Camp Glow.

CAMP GLOW PASTOR AND DIRECTOR

Tony and Lauren Wagoner

Tony and Lauren Wagoner are two people who love Jesus heart and soul and long to see His name spread to every child of God. They have been on a journey of the healing power of forgiveness and love to teach all ages how powerful forgivenss is. They are parents to 5 kiddos who really love and value family. God took their past years of pastoring and photography and combined them together to form their deep love of discipling in creative ways. Tony is a spur of the minute adventure seeker, ready to chase his kiddos around the beach or dive into the next good book. You will most likely find Lauren either dancing big with her family in worship or having long morning snuggles. They love long talks around the family table and hearing the stories of anyone willing to pass them on.

THE GLOW MISSION FOUNDERS

Dar and Andrew Draper

Dar and Andrew Draper have a deep desire to see the children of the world recognize their worth and love through Jesus. They are the parents of 5 amazing kids. They ministered to children for years through pastoring and creative drama. In 2017 they began The Glow Mission to train and equip people to Go Love Others Well all over the world, first beginning in the Ukraine and now expanding all over. They are encourages who love to equip generations to walk in their giftings. Dar is an author and lover of Magical Markers, voice memos and walking in dreams. You can find Andrew (aka "husband") either hunting or tending to places and people with intentionality. You will never leave their presence without feeling deeply loved and having a tummy ache from laughter.

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Martha Pell

There is a saying at camp that "nothing would get done without Martha" and oh is it true. Martha is a gift to the land and everyone who steps on it. She is a local school teacher who also keeps us all organized and on track with the day to day tasks of The Glow Mission and Camp Glow. Some days you may find her with a watercolor brush in hand or posting new plants and animals to her National Geographic app. Every day you spend with Martha marks you with intentionality. She sees and ministers well to all people she comes in contact with.
